Task=task_name Pgm=SFMJD001 Update to logon validation request failed
Explanation: AgentDBIO was unable to update a request for validating a userid log on from the VFTP web browser application. This error is probably the result of the agent losing its database connection temporarily. The request record update will not be retried. The user logon request will fail; however, the user can try to logon again and the logon validation request will be processed by a different agent that does have database connectivity.
Action: Try to determine why the agent lost its database connection by verifying that the Derby database is running and that there is a working network path from the agent to the database. If you are unable to resolve the problem, save a copy of all the spool files from the agent job or started task, and contact SDS Technical Support for assistance.
