Explanation: This message is issued when program calls SFMUT001 from offset location within program, for function_name (init, read, or term) request, but the connection to the SYSTCPSM NMI service, has the wrong connection_state (“already” initialized or “not” initialized) for the type of request. The request is ignored. This type of error may occur after an unexpected communication problem breaks the connection to the SYSTCPSM NMI service.
Action: If this is a one-time event, caused by manually recycling the stack to which the agent was connected, then it is not a problem. If it occurs repeatedly or for an unknown reason, then save the job log from the VFTP agent, any SVC dumps that were produced, and contact SDS Technical Support.
