Explanation: AgentDBIO failed to update an agent configuration change request record in the database request table with completed status. This error is probably the result of the agent losing its database connection temporarily. The request record update will not be retried, however the agent configuration was still updated. This message will be preceded by several lines of SFM0341E messages describing the error.
Action: Try to determine why the agent lost its database connection by verifying that the Derby database is running and that there is a working network path from the agent to the database. If you are unable to resolve the problem, save a copy of all the spool files from the agent job or started task, and contact SDS Technical Support for assistance.
