SYSTCPSM NMI initialization failed for stack stack_name
Explanation: This is the final message issued when the agent is unable to connect to the SYSTCPSM socket of stack_name. It will always be preceded by other messages showing the return and reason codes from the last socket operation that failed.
Action: Try to determine the cause of the failure by looking up the return and reason codes from message SFM0484E that preceded this message. The most likely causes for an initialization failure are that the VFTP agent’s userid has not been granted access to the RACF SERVAUTH profile name EZB.NETMGMT.sysname.stack_name.SYSTCPSM, or the NETMONITOR feature is disabled in the stack’s configuration. For more information refer to the IBM manual z/OS Communication Server, IP Configuration Guide. If you are unable to resolve the problem, save the job log from the VFTP agent, any SVC dumps that were produced, and contact SDS Technical Support.
