SMTP error: program(label) ACT=action, RTC=return_code, RSN=reason_code
Explanation: This error message is issued for an internal error that occurred when a request issued from location label within program called the SMTP interface to perform action and it failed with return_code and reason_code. A textual explanation for the SMTP error is displayed in the agent job’s SCIERR or SCIOUT ( if no SCIERR DD is available) file. action may be OPEN, COPY, SEND, or QUIT. A snap dump of all the buffers associated with the failing SMTP request will also be written to SCIOUT.
Action: Save the job log from the VFTP agent, any SVC dumps that were produced, and contact SDS Technical Support.
